Frequently Asked Questions

about the new system

Will I be able to download the textbooks in PDF format after payment?

No. The new system does not allow for downloading or saving PDF files.

A subscription allows us to monitor the quality of our textbooks and update and edit the content in real time, ensuring that you always have access to the latest version of the books. This is not possible with a PDF copy that you keep on your device, which cannot be updated.

Teachers can still share their screens during online and in-person classes on the interactive whiteboard. Students use a paper textbook for both online and in-person classes.

I’m just like you. I’m used to working with PDFs, too. But once I tried a system like this for English—I realized just how much easier and more convenient it is! No need to open multiple windows with different files, flip through them to find the right page, write a lesson plan with notes on which file and page each assignment is on, or save and search for audio files. Our platform is based on English-language experience and is designed specifically for teaching and for the teacher’s convenience.

Each book already includes audio, video, games, and quizzes available for download. The correct answers are right there in the exercise—all you have to do is click on them. And most importantly—at the bottom of each page, there are buttons showing the next steps in the lesson. That’s where you need to go—it takes you to the relevant page in the workbook, followed by the vocabulary guide and (soon) the grammar guide. No need to prepare a lesson plan. Everything you need for the lesson is already prepared for you.

Of course! We have a free sample lesson with full functionality. It includes 19 pages from three textbooks: the "Say: Hello! 2A" textbook, the "Say: Hello! 2A" workbook, and the "4 Words a Day. Year 2" vocabulary guide.
The book is available to everyone who registers on the platform.
Registration is free and does not obligate you to anything.

All you need to do is sign up once. The system will remember you and won’t ask for your password again. You can find the list of books available to you in your account. Just open the page you want, share your screen, and start the lesson!

You can find the complete step-by-step instructions at the link below:

Print books do not include access to the digital version. Access to the platform is billed separately from the print copies.

Access and Payment

Can I make a payment from Russia or Belarus?

Yes, payment from Russia or Belarus is possible. To do so, please email me at info@dianabukaeva.com or
. Please note that this payment method is only available for annual subscriptions.

Depending on the type of subscription you choose, you’ll have access to one specific book, three books to get you started, or full access to all the books for the second year of study.
All features within the book you purchase will be available to you. Links to related books will only open if they are included in your subscription.

Currently, there are three subscription options:

It depends on your students' level. If you've finished "Say: Hello! 1," then you should start lessons from "Say: Hello! 2A."

The bare minimum I would recommend you purchase is a set of three books:
(Textbook 2A),
(Workbook 2A), and
(Vocabulary Workbook "4 Words a Day. Year 2").
These textbooks will allow you to conduct a full-fledged lesson without needing to use any additional materials.

The most cost-effective subscription plan provides full access to all books for the second year of study. Once published, the grammar workbook "1 Rule a Week: Year 2" will be automatically added to your collection.

Access to the books you've purchased will be available immediately after payment.

We currently have five books in our Level 2 series. The sixth book—a grammar workbook titled "1 Rule a Week: Year 2"—will be released soon.
In addition, the entire series of books for the first year of study, updated and expanded, will be available on the platform this summer.
Stay tuned!

The grammar guide will be automatically included in the "Full Access" subscription (the subscription price will remain the same).
You will need to purchase the textbooks for the first year of study separately. A discount system will be available! We will provide more details later.

The PDF books you purchased were for the first year of study (blue-green covers). The books for the second year of study (yellow-red covers) must be purchased separately.

Have you ever come across platforms where things are constantly glitching, failing to open, or taking forever to load? You can’t really rely on them: they might let you down when it matters most.
Your subscription helps us maintain a team of staff who resolve issues in real time, ensuring your classes run smoothly and without any unnecessary hassles.

Classwork

Does every student need to purchase their own access?

We do not recommend that students access this platform. It is designed for teachers' convenience. For example, the ability to view the correct answer could interfere with the learning process.

It’s best to ask the student to buy a paper copy so they can use it for class and assignments.

Of course! The platform opens just like any other website in a browser, and you can share your screen with the student.

Open the page in the textbook where you left off last time

If the lesson is online, share your screen with the student

Complete the exercise from the textbook

If necessary, play the audio or video (using the audio/video icon right in this window)

After the student completes the exercise, open the answers and check the results

If necessary, open the tests or additional resources

After finishing this spread, click the link at the bottom right and go to the workbook

Complete the exercises in the workbook

Continue working in the same way

After finishing the workbook, click the button at the bottom right and go to the vocabulary guide

Complete the exercises in the vocabulary guide

The vocabulary guide may have several pages. Continue with the exercises until the buttons to move forward are available at the bottom right.

A subscription gives you personal access to the content. You can use it as much as you like.

technical issues

On which devices does the platform work?

Our platform works on all types of devices. The full range of features and user-friendly interface are best experienced on a computer.

To use the service, you'll need an internet connection, a web browser (any browser will do, such as Safari or Chrome), and an active subscription.

Our website is designed for beginners, so you'll be able to figure it out intuitively. If something isn't working, there's a contact form, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can always contact us via the contact form on our website or by email at info@dianabukaeva.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Would you like to see how the platform works?

I led a workshop where I demonstrated how to use "Say Hi Online" in the classroom, which includes audio files, answers, quizzes, and supplementary materials.
