Despite the huge delay in delivery, we are very grateful to the sellers and the author for their care and support! The sellers stayed in touch with us and reshipped the book—not just a second time, but even a third time—so that it would finally reach us.
While we were waiting, the author sent us a free digital copy of the book and a lot of additional material. That was very nice of her and helped make the long wait more bearable.
In the end, we received not one, but two books! Thank you so much for your responsiveness, patience, and help. We really appreciate such attentive customer service! ❤️
